GP launches Tourbillon with Three Bridges

Girard-Perregaux reveals its 45mm Tourbillon with Three Gold Bridges timepiece.

Historically significant to the brand, the Three Bridges timepiece was the mastermind of Constant Girard – an emblematic watchmaker of the Manufacture in the 19th century. A 150 years old, this design is an architectural visualisation of the number three through the basis of time measurement and of the three-fold past, present and future expression of time.

The new Three Bridges is a combination of two worlds – the classic and the contemporary. The arrow-type bridges of the iconic movement design are adorned with precious materials and traditional finishing in the “Gold Bridges” range, while its modern “Neo Bridge” counterpart is enhanced with modern composites and state-of-the-art finishing.

The new timepiece comes in an 18k pink gold case with a black alligator leather strap secured by a triple folding clasp. The movement is clearly visible through the skeleton dial and comprises of 257 parts – entirely assembled and decorated by hand.
