Although not numbered, Breitling's launch of the their new capsule collection for commercial aviation will be available for a limited period of time, in limited numbers. Capturing the evocative style of the 1960s and 1970s in their collection, the Navitimer 1 Airline editions are equipped with the Breitling Manufacture Calinre 01 in-house mechanical chronograph movement with a power reserve of almost 70 hours.

The first Airline edition celebrates the Swissair airline, as evident from the transparent sapphire caseback with a printed Swissair logo.The 43mm chronograph comes with a black dial, silver subdials and a vintage-inspired black leather strap or a stain- less-steel mesh bracelet. All models feature a bidirectional rotating bezel fitted with the famous circular slide rule to perform the entire range of calculations relating to airborne navigation. Their distinctive straight hands give the watches a dynamic, contemporary interpretation of a classic look.
