Commemorating the 50thanniversary of the 1969 James Bond film “On Her Majesty's Secret Service”, Omega launches a brand new Bond watch – the Seamaster Diver 300M.
This new watch is in line with the Swiss brand's longstanding relationship with the fictional British spy agent and features a range of 007 details.
The 42mm stainless steel case features 18k yellow gold hands and indexes that marks the 50thanniversary of the 1996 film. What further makes these markers and hands so special is the Bond family coat-of-arms at 12 o' clock. The black dial is decorated with a 9mm bullet head at the centre with a swirling decoration and houses a special date-display window at 6 o'clock. The 7thday of each month on the date indicator uses the same font as the "7" in the “007” logo. A rather subtle yet important addition to the overall theme of the watch. Additionally, a hidden “50” (directly referring to the 50th anniversary of the movie) is printed on the 10' clock marker which only appears at night due to the SuperLumiNova.
Limited to just 7,007 pieces, the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M features a 18k yellow gold plate with the limited edition number engraved on it giving each piece a distinctive touch. Powered by the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8800, the timepiece is fitted with a black rubber strap and comes in a stylish black watch box with gun barrels and bullet head buttons.
