Breitling launches the Chronoliner B04

Breitling increased its line of aviation chronographs, with the launch of the Chronoliner B04 – housing the B04 Caliber – in a limited edition all-blue series.

Claimed to be revolutionarily user friendly, the blue Chronoliner B04 limited edition comes with an automatic chronograph, a second timezone display in the 24-hour mode, a high-tech ceramic rotating bezel which allows one to read the third time zone, and a 24-hour scale.

The dual timezone system is easily adjustable – by pulling the crown and turning it either way in one-hour increments – and also ensures the precision of both time and date. The red-tipped hands make sure to keep track of the home time in a 24-hour mode, again, making it easy to distinguish day and night. The Aero Classic strap is a reminiscent of steel mesh bracelets used by the brand during the 1950's-60's.

Designed to withstand the toughest conditions, the timepiece is water-resistant at 100m, and is equipped with glare-proof sapphire crystal on both sides. The scratch-resistant ceramic bezel features a a star-shaped cut out which enables handling the instrument with gloves as well.

Limited to a 100 pieces, the Chronoliner B04 is available in select Breitling boutiques around the world.
