WatchTime India celebrated the opening of Longines's first standalone boutique in Kerala, at Lulu Mall, Thiruvananthapuram

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia inaugurated the boutique, while watch enthusiasts and collectors spent time admiring the pieces up close.
Expanding its standalone boutiques in the country, Swiss watch brand Longines has opened its very first independent outpost in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Actress Tamannah Bhatia graced the grand opening at Lulu Mall amidst a massive gathering of fans from the city. The Jee Karda actress said she and her family own Longines watches, and she loves the elegance of the timepieces. “Elegance is an attitude” is also the tagline of the brand.

The brand has opened the new boutique in collaboration with Swiss Time House, one of the leading retailers of Swiss luxury watches in the country. Hafiz Salahudin, Director of Swiss Time House, and Achla Chawla, Longines brand manager in India, presented a Longines Conquest timepiece to the actress. Watch collectors and enthusiasts from the city also attended the boutique opening and took a closer look at the various collections at the store.

The boutique will stock popular as well as novel collections of the brand. The space displays an equestrian theme that speaks of the brand’s legacy in equestrian sports timing. Longines plans to expand further in the South, with more independent boutiques in Kerala.

WatchTime India took the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with watch collectors and enthusiasts from the city, who spent time taking a closer look at the timepieces at the boutique. Here are the glimpses of a successful evening...
