50 participants presented their four-wheeled works of art in the park of the Villa d’Este

Lange CEO Wilhelm Schmid and his 1957 Frazer Nash Le Mans Coupé.

Combining two passions: Lange CEO Wilhelm Schmid wearing a DATOGRAPH PERPETUAL TOURBILLON behind the wheel of his 1957 Frazer Nash.

The grey dial of the TRIPLE SPLIT perfectly matches the pure austerity of the Le Mans’ grey dashboard.

The Le Mans’ engine is a 1,971cc six-cylinder Bristol. Equally impressing is the 576-part calibre L132.1 that drives the TRIPLE SPLIT.

The TRIPLE SPLIT allows comparative time measurements of up to 12 hours – enough to compare the times of two drivers in a Formula 1 race.

The combination of five horological complications makes the TOURBOGRAPH PERPETUAL “Pour le Mérite” a peerless masterpiece.

The 1815 CHRONOGRAPH is endowed with column-wheel control, a flyback function and a pulsometer scale.
