Watches and Wonders 2023: Panerai reveals three new Radiomir Novelties

Italian luxury watch brand Officine Panerai reveals new Radiomir models at Watches and Wonders 2023.
Florentine-brand Officine Panerai brings their A-game to Watches and Wonders 2023 with their Radiomir novelties. Explore the range below.

1. Radiomir California
For the first time ever, Panerai reveals the Radiomir California PAM 1349 in a 45mm case.
The cushion-shaped case is set in Brunito eSteelTM - another first by the brand - and accompanied by slim wire lugs, and a hollowed and textured green dial. Inspired by Ref 3646, the new PAM 1349 carries the characteristic alternating Roman and Arabic numerals, bar indexes, and a minute track. The iconic California indexes in beige are coated in Super-LumiNova and complement the metallic blue hands within the domed sapphire crystal. The watch also features a cone-shaped crown and sits on a supple calf leather raw-cut strap with dark brown stitching. The strap displays an exclusive hot-printed inscription of G. Panerai e Figlio

The Radiomir California PAM 1349 is powered by the hand-wound P.5000 calibre and features an eight-day power reserve. The movement is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.

2. Radiomir Annual Calendar
Officine Panerai's PAM01363 and PAM01432 make for two new Radiomir Annual Calendar models launched by the brand at Watches and Wonders this year. Equipped with the Annual Calendar complication, the two pieces display the annual calendar on the dial: the date at 3 o'clock with the day & date through the two dial openings. The months (written in Italian) are displayed on an external moving disc at 3 o'clock and are indicated by a fix arrow.
Powered by the automatic P.9010/AC caliber showcased through the sapphire crystal open caseback, the 45mm watches feature two dial options: one, a sun-brushed blue shaded dial with a blue hand-dyed matt alligator strap set in a 45mm GoldtechTM case. The second is a sun-brushed green shaded dial with a dark brown hand-dyed matter alligator strap and is set in a 45mm PlatinumtechTM case.

The third version is a special edition known as the Experience edition and features a sun-brushed burgundy shaded dial encased in a 45mm PlatinumtechTM case, sitting comfortably on a black hand-dyed matte alligator strap.

3. Radiomir Quaranta Goldtech
One of the most versatile collections by Panerai, the Radiomir Quaranta is a contemporary reinterpretation of the Maison's first-ever watch bringing the look of the legendary navy divers of the 19040s to modern watch collectors today.
This year's Radiomir Quaranta Goldtech is now available in the Italian brand's GoldtechTM material and features a white sun-brushed dial and matte brown alligator strap.

GoldtechTM is a gold material developed by Panerai using platinum and copper giving the case an intense reddish appearance. "Quaranta" means 40 in Italian, and stands for the 40mm size of the cushion-shaped case of the Radiomir Quaranta Goldtech. The dial features indexes and Arabic numerals only at 12 and 6 o'clock that are coated in Super-LumiNova. A small seconds display can be seen at 9 o'clock while the 3 o'clock position displays the date function.
The novelty is powered by the automatic mechanical P.900 calibre and packs a 3-day power reserve.
