Franck Muller has announced a collaboration with The Smurfs and marking this new association are six new Vanguard Smurfette watches, each limited to 100 pieces. The timepieces celebrate the upcoming movie The Smurfs 2025, and are inspired by the film’s storyline in which Smurfette goes on a rescue mission to save Papa Smurf.
While keeping with the Vanguard’s tonneau-shaped case, the new watches include the Smurfette Diamond Blue Limited Edition, the Smurfette Diamond Pink Limited Edition, and the Smurfette Diamond Flowers Limited Edition - the three also come in non-bejewelled versions.
The 32 mm × 42.3 mm × 9.9 mm rhodium-plated stainless steel cases of the bejewelled versions are decorated with hand-set 308 brilliant-cut diamonds (3.77 karats). The dials, featuring stamped guilloché with a sun pattern, feature a painted Smurfette, with the brand’s signature Arabic hour markers. There are also two pink flower versions, whose dials have additional floral motifs.
Powering the watches is the manual winding movement MVT 1748 with 38 hours of power reserve. The models are paired with high-quality matching rubber or leather straps.
