Biarritz, one of the world's largest surfing capitals, will be hosting the 2019 Wheels and Waves festival, an event dedicated to three thrilling sports – motorcycling, surfing and skateboarding – this year. Breitling, a brand with a devoted following for said-sports, will be serving as the Official Timekeeper for the next three editions of the event.
