Built on a 42mm stainless steel case, the Luminox Atacama Adventurer Field 1767 is at first look an ordinary looking watch. But delve a little deeper and one discovers the marvels of this simple yet extremely well-manufactured timepiece.
The khaki green dial ensures the perfect backdrop against the grey hour markers and hands. It also features for the first time a small seconds sub-dial at 6 0' clock that features a turning disk with two red arrows as opposed to the usual hands. Furthermore, the khaki Textile strap that is delicately-styled adds to the overall rugged charm of the watch.
Powered by a quartz movement, the new Luminox Atacama Adventurer Field 1767 is water resistant upto 200 meters and features a screw-down crown and case back. Like all the Luminox watches, the Atacama Adventurer Field 1767 also uses the Luminox Lighting Technology (LIT) that guarantees ultimate night vision for up to 25 years. How does this work? While other luminous systems depend on exterior light sources to charge the luminous paint, the Luminox Lighting Technology (LIT) is built into the watch and draws its power from the watch itself.
