Also called the Doctor's watch, the Graham Chronofighter Vintage Pulsometer is a timepiece that celebrates mechanical innovation with the inspirational beat of 1950s Los Angeles. It features an integrated pulsometer function that enables the watch to monitor heartbeat and measure pulse at a glance – a feature that was usually found in timepieces during the 1920s. The working of the automatic chronograph is carried out with the wearer starting the chronograph and counting the number of pulsations (usually 15 or 30). Once the chronograph is stopped, the pulsometric scale reveals the patients pulse per minute.

The Graham Chronofighter Vinatge Pulsometer is available in a 44mm steel case featuring a blue sunbrushed dial and the signature fast-action start/stop trigger and reset pusher. The dial has been kept simple despite the timepiece featuring a number of complications. It features a white pulsometer scale surrounding the outer area of the dial, gold hands and indexes with Super-LumiNova , a day-date display window and limited edition number at 9 o' clock and a snailed seconds counter at 3 o'clock with golden hands. The chrono hand is stopped at the patient's 30^th heartbeat.

Powered by the G1718 automatic chronograph movement that clocks in a power reserve of 48 hours, the Graham Chronofighter Vintage Pulsometer is strapped in a hand-sewn blue calf leather strap and is available in a limited edition of only 250 pieces.
