Small Seconds and Other Big Changes for the Aqua Terra

OMEGA's iconic Aqua Terra collection enters new territory with a Small Seconds subdial, dial colours and new sizes in luxurious materials.

When it comes to the OMEGA Aqua Terra collection, it is one of the rare watches that is as comfortable being a sports watch as it is a dress watch. With the Aqua Terra, you can either dress it down for a day out in the beach or play it up for a formal dinner, it just works any which way!

As we know, the collection is available in a number of variations throughout its journey. This time OMEGA takes the Aqua Terra into new territory with the new models featuring an a Small Seconds subdial at 6 o' clock. This new look for the Aqua Terra is included in the 2021 collection that consists of ten 38mm models, two of which are luxury editions; as well as nine new 41mm models, including four luxury versions.

Apart from the timepiece's signature features, with the 2021 models, the Aqua Terra models have ventured into a new environment of inclusion, challenges and colour schemes. The small seconds subdial at 6 o' clock is encircled by an applied subdial ring, many of which are present in 18K SednaTM gold and set with diamonds.

The new models in the Aqua Terra collection features new dials in sun-brushed colours, two-tone teak patterns and attractive markers, some of which include diamonds and sailboat hull-shaped indexes with iridescent mother-of-pearl inlay.

The small seconds subdial at 6 o' clock is encircled by an applied subdial ring, many of which are present in 18K SednaTM gold and set with diamonds.

The 38mm sized watches belonging to the sportier category of the Aqua Terra collection are available in eight models. These watches are crafted out of stainless-steel or a blend of steel and 18K SednaTM gold. Perfectly matching the two case materials are the new dial colours in dark green, light green and extra white mother-of-pearl. Powered by OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8802, the latest 38mm models are available in matching bracelets or beautifully coloured leather straps.

Within the 38mm sized watches, there are two luxury models in 18K SednaTM gold models with diamond-set bezels and powered by OMEGA's Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8803. Additionally a customer can also choose between a purple jade dial and 18K SednaTM Gold bracelet or an extra white mother-of-pearl dial with red leather strap.

Perfectly matching the two case materials are the new dial colours in dark green, light green and extra white mother-of-pearl.

The other size available in the new Aqua Terra models is in the 41mm range. This lot includes timepieces in stainless-steel and 18K SednaTM gold case materials and blue-grey, silvery-blue and silvery-beige dial colours. Beating inside is OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8916 fitted with either a matching bracelet or an integrated rubber strap.

The four luxury models within this case size is available in 18K SednaTM gold, powered by OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8917 and set with either a two-tone blue grey dial or two-tone silvery beige dial colours.
