First revealed in 1994, the 25thanniversary of the independent watch brand Bell&Ross makes sure to visit the past and still present something very worthwhile for your future wrist shots. Sticking to their iconic square-shaped case – first identified with the BR 03-92 Black Matter timepiece – the new novelties include a very interesting, vintage-inspired Bellytanker timepiece which seems to have been the common favourite in the fair.
As is often the case with their watches, the ties to the field of aviation seem to be the common factor in all their novelties. The Bi-Compass models, for example, seeks inspiration from the analog instrumentation of aircraft cockpits. Offering an alternative to the traditional approach of time telling, the 42mm Bi-Compass watch is limited to 999 pieces and comes equipped with the automatic BR-CAL.302 movement.
Moving on, the BR V Military Beige is available in two variations – one with NATO strap and the other with a bracelet. The 41mm are priced between Rs. 1.84 lakh (approx.) to Rs. 3 lakh (approx.).
Finally, the R.S. 19 limited edition Chronographs, designed to signify the collaboration between the brand and the Renault F1 team are available in many versions – a rounded 43mm BR V3-94 R.S.19 case in a carbon-effect calfskin or satin-polished steel strap; the BR 03-94 R.S.19 on a perforated black rubber and ultra-resilient black synthetic fabric; the BR-X1 R.S.19 on a perforated black leather strap; and the BR-X1 R.S.19 Tourbillon with a steel strap with black rubber overmoulding.
