Frederique Constant seems to be rounding the year off with three new watches for women in its Slimline collection, also the line it had started the year off with (in March the brand had unveiled the powerful Slimline Monolithic Manufacture with its 40Hz frequency silicon oscillator). The Slimline Moonphase Manufacture Collection now has a set of three 38.8mm automatic moonphase watches, in rose-gold plating and steel.
The watches have a central hour and minutes hand, with the moonphase indicator at 3 o’clock and the date at 9 o’clock. All three watches feature 60 diamonds on the bezel, and come with two straps each – one in dark blue alligator leather and one with a navy blue rubber, which can be switched with an easy-change mechanism.

Two timepieces feature a rose gold-plated case, one in a combination with a blue-grey dial, and the other in a silver-toned dial. The central and date hands are rose gold-plated as well, along with the indexes at 12, 3,6, and 9; the rest of the eight indexes are diamonds. The third watch is cased in steel, albeit the other features are the same.
The watch is powered by a Manufacture FC-702 caliber, Frederique Constant’s standard moonphase calibre designed to split the moonphase and date into two counters, both functions adjustable through the crown. The watches have a power reserve of 38 hours, and are water resistant to 30 mts, and with a transparent caseback, from where you can see the Perlage and Côtes de Genève craftsmanship on the movement.
