Strengthening its roots in India, Grand Seiko has opened its first standalone boutique in the country. The Japanese luxury watch brand inaugurated its flagship store in Bengaluru’s UB City as part of its global expansion strategy.
The 400 sq ft boutique will stock all Grand Seiko collections while turning the spotlight on its latest timepieces, including the new SBGW260G Mechanical Limited Edition in an 18K Gold Case, SBGY003G Spring Drive 20th Anniversary Limited Edition, SLGH005 White Birch, and SBGA413G Japanese Seasons Spring Drive Shunbun.

It symbolizes the culmination of our unwavering commitment to providing Indian consumers with an exclusive destination, exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance that define Grand Seiko,” says Niladri Mazumdar, President and COO, Seiko Watch India. “Additionally, Bangalore is known for its cosmopolitan vibe, making it an attractive hub for luxury brands looking to establish a strong presence in the Indian market."
As per the brand, the commitment to craftsmanship and elegance of its timepieces has been key to its success in the Indian market. Grand Seiko also aims to go beyond the online presence and bring watches directly to Indian customers.
