Hublot introduces a special edition of the Spirit of Big Bang to celebrate the Year of the Snake

The new Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake is an 88 pieces limited edition
Hublot has been celebrating Chinese New Year with a special edition of the Spirit of Big Bang, since 2016, and the latest version is inspired by the Chinese zodiac sign of the wooden snake. Powering it is the Hublot 4700 Calibre based on the high-frequency El Primero calibre.
Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake

Like the previous special editions, the Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake combines fascinating details of the zodiac sign with exceptional design and technical mastery. The filigree snake motif is taken up in all parts of the watch, from the dial to the bezel to the rubber strap, which recreates the scales with astonishing realism. Most striking is the open dial, which offers a deep glimpse into the inner workings of the chronograph, including the skeletonized date disc that can be seen on the outer edge of the dial.

At the centre of this gem is a three-dimensional gold-plated snake that winds around the chronograph counters and small seconds. The lifelike details of the snake are engraved with astonishing precision, thanks to Hublot's advanced laser technology, which enables exceptional levels of detail. The skeleton hands, date window and applied hour markers are colour-coordinated to harmoniously complement the overall look.

The Spirit of Big Bang is powered by the HUB4700 automatic chronograph movement, which is based on the legendary El Primero. The skeletonized caliber beats at 36,000 vibrations per hour and offers a power reserve of 50 hours.

With a diameter of 42 mm and a height of 14.1 mm, the ceramic case is equipped with Hublot's patented one-click strap-changing mechanism, which allows for quick and easy strap changes.

Price: Rs. 32,28,000 (approx.)
