The latest addition to the Tudor Black Bay Chrono is a new “flamingo-blue” dial

The new bold and vibrant Black Bay Chrono model follows the signature panda-style aesthetics of the line
After the release of the Black Bay Chrono Pink in 2024, Tudor’s popular line Black Bay Chrono line is now has a new “flamingo-blue” dial colour reminiscent of the tropical waters that flamingos are known to love. The timepiece is positioned for those who have a fondness for bold and vibrant hues.

Staying true to the Black Bay aesthetic, the Black Bay Chrono “Flamingo Blue” adopts the famous “snowflake” hands, a signature of the brand’s diver’s watches since 1969, in a version honed to ensure optimal readability on its turquoise domed dial with two black subdials, mirroring the beloved panda-style in a new colour way.

All features of the Black Bay line – satin-brushed and polished surfaces, bevelled lugs and a crown signed with a Tudor rose – are presented in a steel case with a diameter of 41mm and a water-resistance rating of 200 meters. The design of the pushers is also inspired by the first generation of Tudor chronographs. A fixed stainless steel bezel with a black anodized aluminium tachymeter scale insert completes the sought-after looks of the Black Bay collection.
Like its pink sibling, the Black Bay Chrono “Flamingo Blue” is powered by the self-winding MT5813 calibre. This manufacture chronograph movement with a column-wheel mechanism and vertical clutch was originally created in collaboration with Breitling. It offers a 70-hour power reserve and is equipped with a non-magnetic silicon balance spring. Certified as a C.O.S.C. chronometer, it exceeds the standards set by the institute. While C.O.S.C. allows an average variation in the daily rate of an uncased movement of between -4/+6 seconds’ variation per day, Tudor applies a -2/+4 seconds’ variation standard on the completely assembled watch.

This new Black Bay Chrono model comes fitted on a 5-link stainless-steel bracelet with a Tudor “T-fit” rapid adjustment clasp. Requiring no tools and offering five positions, this system allows wearers to carry out a fine, instant adjustment of the total length of the bracelet up to 8mm.

The new Black Bay Chrono “Flamingo” is priced at Rs. 5,19,000 (approx.)
