Watches and Wonders 2025: Bell & Ross's BR-05 has a new size, and B3-03, new skeleton dials

For Watches and Wonders 2025, Bell & Ross brings forth a slew of releases to two of its lines - the BR-03, which receives three new skeleton dial versions, and BR-05, which includes four 34mm models, a new size for the brand in this line.

For the first time, Bell & Ross bring its BR 05 line in 34mm sizes. To make it happen, the brand had to reconstruct the case with similar aesthetics. While the inspiration was the larger 40mm version, the motive to create the smaller variant which are neither too different and not too similar to it.

“First and foremost, it’s important to note that the BR-05 collection has offered various dimensions for several years. Launched in 40mm in 2019, the watch has always evolved, adopting larger sizes for complications: 41mm for GMTs and 42mm for chronographs,” says Bruno Belamich, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Bell & Ross. “Design isn’t just about ideas; it’s about choices. Today, we are clearly choosing to rethink this line to bring it into another dimension,” he added.

The stainless steel watches comes in four dial colours - black sunray-brushed (Ref. BR05A-S-BL-ST/SST), mother-of-pearl dial (Ref. BR05A-S-MP-ST/SST), grey sunray-brushed dial (Ref. BR05A-S-GR-ST/SST), and a light blue sunray-brushed dial (Ref. BR05A-S-IB-ST/SST). Further, the dial features redesigned hands and bold hour markers coated with white luminescent Super-LumiNova.

Powering these watches is the automatic Calibre BR-CAL.329. with 54 hours of power reserve. A satin finished steel bracelet completes the watches.

BR-03 Skeleton

The BR-03 Skeleton line has three watches added: Black ceramic (Ref. BR03A-BL-SKCE/SRB), grey steel ( Ref. BR03A-GR-SKST/SRB), which is a 250-piece limited edition, and Lum ceramic (Ref. BR03A-LM-SKCE/SRB), again a 250-piece limited edition.

All three versions are powered by a new movement Calibre BR-CAL.328 with 54 hours of power reserve, designed and exclusively manufactured for Bell & Ross. "By skeletonizing our BR-03, we have brought an additional watchmaking dimension to an everyday timepiece. We have reworked the bridges and upper plates of the movement to bring maximum sophistication to the BR-03. To reinforce this concept, we redesigned the entire watch around a specific X-shaped structure, a symbol of sophistication and avant-garde. By enhancing luminescence, we aimed to add an extra level of horological sophistication," says Belamich.

The 41mm watches features different skeleton dials with hands and hours markers coated with white Super-LumiNova® X1 (green glow). The watches are offered with black rubber and black synthetic fabric straps option.
