In another tribute to New York, Hublot releases Big Bang MECA-10 Concrete Jungle

Hublot’s Big Bang MECA-10 Concrete Jungle is crafted entirely from matte concrete, a material also used in the brand’s latest boutique’s facade
Hublot introduced its first concrete watch in 2016 as a tribute to New York in collaboration with street artist Tristan Eaton – Hublot Classic Fusion Aerofusion Chronograph Special Edition Concrete Jungle. Then in 2020, the brand launched Classic Fusion Concrete Jungle Limited Edition, again an ode to the urban design of New York City.

Now, in 2025, as the brand’s boutique finds a new home on 5th Avenue, New York, Hublot is celebrating it with a new concrete timepiece dedicated to ‘New York City’s skyline, street culture, and soul’ – Big Bang MECA-10 Concrete Jungle.

The 44mm timepiece is crafted entirely from matte concrete, a material also used in the latest boutique’s facade at Fifth Avenue. The case is secured by H-shaped screws in polished and micro-blasted titanium, with a matching caseback. Brutalist in nature, the case is rather bold and measures only 15.3mm in thickness.

The watch is powered by Hublot’s in-house HUB1201, the skeletonized manual-winding movement. Beating at a frequency of 3 Hz, it boasts a power reserve of 10 days. The architecture of the movement is exposed for the owner to admire its beauty. There is a distinctive rack-and-pinion power reserve indicator at 6 o’clock, marked in red for a clear read of remaining energy. Small seconds is at 9 o’clock.

The watch is worn on Hublot’s signature black lined rubber strap with an option to change it to a grey fabric strap with a Velcro fastener. It comes in a one-of-a-kind Hublot Green box featuring the New York City’s Skyline exclusive to this edition.

The watch can be yours for INR 30,00,000 (approx.)
