Montblanc Star Legacy Exo Tourbillon Skeleton LE8

Discover a new level of suspension with the all new Montblanc Star Legacy Exo Tourbillon Skeleton LE8

Completely reinterpreted to feature a refined fully-skeletonised, three-dimensional movement is the new Montblanc Star Legacy Exo Tourbillon Skeleton LE8. Featuring a new level of suspension to the timepiece, the Montblanc Star Legacy Exo Tourbillon Skeleton LE8 is powered by the Manufacture Calibre MB M18.69 movement with a total of 188 components.

Inspired by the original patented Exo Tourbillon complication, the newly developed Calibre MB M18.69 movement is a result of a total of 3 years (originally) and an additional 18 months of development. Featuring a three-dimensional construction on different levels, the movement houses five pillars that support the main plate on the top,and the barrel and going train bridges on the bottom. It is completed on the front by the Exo Tourbillon balance wheel and the off-centred domed hour and minute dial at 12 o’clock. The 188 components of the Manufacture movement Calibre MB M18.69 are entirely decorated in the Montblanc Manufacture in Villeret with traditional horological finishings such as circular graining, mirror-polishing and beveling with inner angles.

Crafted in a 44mm, 18K rose gold case with a domed sapphire crystal on the front has been built around the movement offering an impression of complete suspension of the movement tick tocking within. The off-centred dial located at 12 o' clock is made of 18k gold and Grand Feu enamel with 18K rose gold leaf hour and minute hands that complete the overall aesthetic of the watch.

Strapped to a brown Sfumato alligator leather strap coming from the Pelletteria in Florence, Italy, the all new Montblanc Star Legacy Exo Tourbillon Skeleton LE8 limited to just eight pieces.
