Independent watchmaker H. Moser & Cie, following its tradition of always having a new take on haute horlogerie, unveiled the Streamliner Centre Seconds - the second model in the Streamliner collection.
The watchmaker has done an amazing job to re-interpret the "Streamliner" - a reference to the first high-speed trains from the 20s and 30s, courtesy Streamliner Centre Seconds's rounded curves. Armed with a steel case on an integrated steel bracelet, the watch emphasises on the essential - hours, minutes, centre seconds. The beauty of the Streamliner Centre Seconds is enhanced by its suave fumé dial in Matrix Green.
This three-hand watch features a 40-mm steel cushion case along with a fully integrated steel bracelet with no lugs on the case. The ingenious Streamline Centre Seconds is driven by a 100 per cent Swiss mechanical movement - the HMC 200 self-winding calibre. Precision Engineering AG, H. Moser & Cie.'s sister company, manufactured Streamliner Centre Seconds's movement which is equipped with a regulating organ.
The HMC 200 calibre, delivering a power reserve of three days, is decorated with Moser's celebrated double stripes housing a solid gold oscillating weight.
