Franck Muller presents Vanguard™ Slim ‘Men In Blue’ Special Edition

With the cricket World Cup 2023 in full swing, Franck Muller has revealed the Vanguard Slim 'Men In Blue' collection, which pays ode to the sport. The timepiece is an exclusive edition of 47 pieces, a number that commemorates India's year of Independence 1947. Biren Vaidya, Creative Head of watch boutique Rose: The Watch Bar, has designed the timepiece in association with brand Franck Muller.

Sticking to the Vanguard’s clean and innovative aesthetics, the new 41mm sporty, tonneau-shaped timepiece flaunts the line’s signature case design and is crafted in stainless steel; ‘Vanguard’ and ‘Automatique’ are written on the top and bottom of the inner bezel respectively, and a crown is positioned at 3 o’clock. The sky blue sunray dial features larger-than-usual, black, 3D embossed Devanagari script as hour markers and minute track markings. Further, the dial has skeleton minute and hour hands that are truncated at the tip.

Powering the watch is the Automatic Calibre 2250, boasting a power reserve of about 48 hours. The novelty comes in a specially designed sky-blue coloured box. The Vanguard™ Slim ‘Men In Blue’ Special Edition is offered with two straps - Sky Blue Gummy Alligator Strap or a Gummy Alligator with Blue Stitching. The timepiece is priced at INR 11,42,680.
