For the LVMH Watch Week 2024, Bulgari came up with several new timepieces in its popular collections - Bvlgari Bvlgari, Octo Finissimo, and Lvcea. The brand has also released the Bulgari Bulgari X Lisa, a timepiece made in collaboration with the Blackpink’s member Lisa - the limited edition timepiece comes in two different diameters.

The latest collaborative timepiece with the Blackpink’s vocalist and Bulgari global brand ambassador Lisa - the first one was unveiled at the last LVMH Watch Week in 2023 - features the artist’s favourite flower, the edelweiss, on the caseback of the watch; the flower also symbolises the Alps, where the brand manufactures its watches.

The Bulgari Bulgari X Lisa comes in two diameters, 23mm—a limited edition of 400 pieces - as well as 33mm, a limited edition of 1100 pieces, and is crafted in steel and rose gold. The watch features a bezel with Bvlgari double logo, and a cabochon-cut rubellite crown. The dial is white mother-of-pearl, created by a new mosaic dial technique which includes meticulously cutting and assembling 400 squares of mother-of-pearl, so that each dial can be unique. Resting on the dial are 12 diamonds as hourmarkers. A quartz movement powers the watch and a steel and rose gold bracelet with a folding buckle completes it.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Bulgari Bulgari, the brand has introduced two new timepieces, yellow gold with a black dial, and rose gold with a silver opaline dial in two different diameters of 38mm and 26mm; the hour makers and hands of the dial match with the case material.

The larger diameter pieces (Ref. 103968 and Ref. 103967) feature a date window on their dial, positioned at 3 o’clock and are equipped with automatic Caliber BVL191 ‘solotempo’, beating at 28,800 vph, and providing an autonomy of about 42-hours. Flanking their cases are the brown and black alligator straps. While the smaller diameter pieces (Ref. 103966 and 103897) are devoid of date windows and have a quartz movement running inside. A beige and black alligator leather completes these watches.

Octo Finissimo

Two new iterations Octo Finissimo Yellow Gold Automatic (Ref. 103812) and Octo Finissimo Tuscan Copper Automatic (Ref. 103856) are introduced in the line. The former model is crafted with 18K yellow gold and features a blue lacquered dial with sunburst finish, while the later one is a steel made timepiece with a ‘Tuscan Copper’ metal dial with sunray pattern.

The dial of both the novelties features small seconds at 7 o’clock. The timepieces are powered by automatic winding via platinum micro rotor; caliber BVL 138, beating at the frequency of 21,600 and boasting a power reserve of 60 hours. The 40mm watches are finished with the matching metal straps and are water resistant up to 100 metres.

Lucea: The Jewellery Watches from Bvlgari

With the jewellery watch collection, Lucea, Bvlgari is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its first-ever gem-studded timepieces. However this time, the brand has also turned to other pretty materials along with the gemstones, such as the mother-of-pearl Intarsio and the malachite marquetry.

The novelties have a total of seven Lucea timepieces, which include both self-winding mechanical and quartz watches. The mechanical watches boast a power reserve of about 42 hours. Crafted in either steel or gold, the mechanical watches are 33mm and the quartz are 28mm.

Amongst the mechanical timepieces, LVCEA 103727 is made in steel and features a white mother-of-pearl Intarsio dial; LVCEA 103728 is also in steel and has a green mother-of-pearl Intarsio dial; LVCEA 103730 is crafted in steel and rose gold case and bezel and white mother-of-pearl Intarsio dial, LVCEA 103825 is again steel and rose gold with a diamond-studded bezel with mother-of-pearl Intarsio dial; and LVCEA 103731 is also steel and gold with diamond-set bezel and green malachite marquetry dial. The quartz versions have a full steel one and a steel and rose gold watch, both with white mother-of-pearl Intarsio dial.

All of the watches have the crown set with a cabochon-cut synthetic sapphire and diamond, and the hour markers set with 12 diamonds. These timepieces are also water-resistant up to 50 metres and come with polished and satin-finished steel or steel and rose gold bracelets with folding clasps.
