Doxa introduced the very first SUB in 1967. The brand has again marked a milestone with the creation of the new SUB 200T in a 39mm diameter, while keeping the aesthetics of the original model intact. The diving watch comes in eight different shades - professional orange, searambler silver, sharkhunter, caribbean navy, divingstar yellow, aquamarine turquoise, whitepearl white, and the new sea emerald green which takes inspiration from the seas, lakes, lagoon, and waterbodies of the world.
The new model is crafted in 316L stainless steel with Doxa’s patented stainless steel unidirectional rotating bezel and a sturdy sapphire crystal. The watch is also designed with an integrated US Navy no-decompression limit table to ensure the safety of the diver, and is water resistant up to 200 metres.
Doxa Sub 200T The dial comes with the choice of iconic or sunray, where the former is subtle with anti-reflective finish. The hour markers and hands are painted with Super-LumiNova®, and for the sea emerald model they are golden, and there’s a date window at 3 o’clock.
Swiss automatic movement powers the watch, beating at 4Hz and offers a reserve of about 38 hours. The watch comes flanked with the brand’s iconic stainless steel ‘beads of rice’ bracelet and a FKM rubber strap whose colour matches the dial, and both are equipped with wetsuit extension.
