For the first time since its 1953 debut, Blancpain’s legendary Fifty Fathoms diver’s watch has been reimagined in a 38mm case (Ref. 5007 12B44R NAFA), for women. This new interpretation embraces a bold, youthful spirit, especially with a standout pink edition that features a radiant petal mother-of-pearl dial that shifts with the light, housed in a brushed Grade 23 titanium case. There is a luminescent pink sapphire bezel, retaining Blancpain’s signature unidirectional domed design. It is powered by Blancpain’s automatic calibre 1153 offering a 100-hour power reserve. Drawing inspiration from its 1969 swinging sautoirs, Piaget unveiled the Sixties collection, which reinterprets the original trapeze shape found in the necklace with a softened form. The bracelet is composed of 63 individual, hand-finished trapezoid links, and the satin-finished 29mm dial has golden applied hour markers and Roman numerals. There are four pear-shaped sapphires marking hours at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, and blued stainless-steel heart-shaped hands read time. The crown features a cabochon-cut ruby, while the rehaut is set with additional 54 brilliant-cut diamonds, integrating with the mother-of-pearl dial where 23 brilliant-cut rubies are arranged to form a heart motif between 6 and 7 o’clock. This is one of the cleanest and most sophisticated worldtimer watches from this year, appearing in six hues inspired by volcano, magma, dune, canyon, glacier, and jungle. Limited to 175 pieces each, the watches feature 24 timezones with city codes mentioned on the rehaut. The second timezone is displayed on the subdial located at 3 o’clock, which can be set via the crown located at 2 o’clock. Montblanc Iced Sea Automatic Date 0 Oxygen
Now in a new 38mm size, the versatility of the pure white iteration (including the bezel) of the Iced Sea Automatic Date 0 Oxygen (Ref. MB134025) is for all to see. Following the line’s design and technical codes, the dial is made with the gratté boisé technique, which recreates the look of glacial ice, and the case and movement are devoid of oxygen. Limited to 100 pieces, Ming introduced the 37.02 Monolith, a darker edition of the brand’s Minimalist watch launched in 2024.
