Baselworld 2019 saw some very exciting launches, yes, but one of the most talked about one and the common favourite seems to be the Duo series by the young German watch brand, Nomos Glashutte.

Available in variations for all the classic models – the Tangente, Orion, Ludwig and Tetra – the highlight of the new 33mm models are the display of just two hands and not the standard three. Designed in stainless steel with white silver-plated dials and golden hands and the Nomos engraving on the crown, the Duo's feature soft, mocha-brown typography and sit delicately on beige velour leather straps. Each of them come equipped with the in-house Alpha.2 manual winding calibre. The stainless steel casebacks are also available for customisable engravings.
