The newest watch from H. Moser & Cie. goes back to the roots. And by roots, we mean back to its very founder, Heinrich Moser, who founded the brand in St. Petersburg, Russia. The Heritage Bronze 'Since 1828' pays obeisance to the place where it was born by flaunting a logo in Cyrillic script (like the Venturer XL Stoletniy Krasniy watch from a couple of years ago) and a case in bronze, a first for the brand.
This new H. Moser & Cie. Heritage Bronze “Since 1828” truly captures the spirit of converted pocket watches. The timepiece has a simple yet appealing case, wire-style lugs and a large onion crown. Powering it is the in-house calibre HMC-200 that’s also used in the Endeavour, Pioneer, and Streamliner collections. This automatic movement can be seen through the with sapphire crystal caseback - the HMC-200 is developed entirely in-house. It runs at a frequency of 3 Hz (21,600vph) and provides a healthy 72 hours of power reserve. The open worked rotor reveals most of the movement, including the signature Moser double striped finishing along with a water resistance of 30mts.

The Heritage Bronze “Since 1828”, comes in a bronze case, which is no surprise given its name. It measures 42mm, and on the perimeter of the dial is a minute track in white. The applied hour numerals are made from solid Globolight. Time is indicated with sword-shaped hands for the hours and minutes (with Super-LumiNova) and a slender central second’s hand. The Heritage Bronze “Since 1828” is worn on a black textile strap with a bronze pin buckle engraved with the H. Moser & Cie. logo, and is delivered with a second strap in grey Kudu leather.
The watch is restricted to 50 pieces that will be released as e-commerce exclusives via Moser and Seddiqi.
