Breguet Type 20 Only Watch 2019

The Only Watch 2019 welcomes the Breguet Type 20 as the novelty launched by the Maison.

The biannual major international charity event the Only Watch welcomes the Breguet Type 20 to the list of timepieces being launched by the various brands. Sponsored by the monegasque association against muscular dystrophy, the Only Watch, in collaboration with Christie's, is gearing up for the auction sale scheduled for the 9thNovember.

The Breguet Type 20 Only Watch 2019 edition will be one of the many watches which will be going up for auction during the event. Featuring a steel case, the 38.3 mm piece seeks inspiration form the first-generation military models which were designed for the French and Naval Air Force with its unique curved horns, lateral bevel and the pear-shaped crown. The case comes with a bidirectional bezel made of fluted steel and no graduations.

The dial of the watch is further inspired by the civilian and military models with its bronze colour. It features a small seconds and 30-minute totaliser, and the Arabic numerals come coated with Super-Luminova. The special edition comes equipped with the Valjoux 235 13 lignes, a manually wound, column-wheel chronograph which is fitted with a flyback function. The steel caseback comes with the inscription “Breguet Type 20 Only Watch 2019 Pièce Unique”.
