Watches and Wonders 2024: Trilobe’s new Les Matinaux L’Heure Exquise references feature moonphase complication

The new timepieces feature three rotating rings on the dial, bearing the Maison’s first complication.
On the grounds of Watches & Wonders 2024, Trilobe expands its portfolio with new Les Matinaux L’Heure Exquise references, featuring a moonphase complication on the brand’s signature moving rings.

This new model from Trilobe is part of its ‘Les Matinaux’ collection and is named ‘L’Heuer Exquise,’ which means, in English, the exquisite hour. Trilobe shows the moon’s current phase in both the northern and southern hemispheres, with a very detailed lunar surface and a deep blue ‘starry night.’ These are pad-printed on a sapphire crystal disc that moves with the seconds, adding a dynamic element to the watch. The model is powered by the X-centric caliber that is produced by Le Cercle des Horlogers in La Chaux-de-Fonds. It is fitted with a tungsten micro-rotor and offers a 48-hour power reserve while running at 4Hz/28,800 VpH.

Trilobe offers the Les Matinaux L’Heure Exquise in six different versions, each limited to 100 pieces. For those who prefer an integrated look, the blue version is perfect, as the dial has the same hue as the starry night of the moon phase complication. Those who prefer a bit of contrast are better off with the Dune edition.

This one has a sand-colored dial that comes close to being salmon, where the moon phase complication stands out more. For those who want a personal touch, Trilobe also offers the Secret version, for which they put the night sky on the dial of a moment in time that you pick. This even lights up at night, creating an extra special effect.

The titanium-cased watches are marked at Rs. 12,97,379 (approx.) for the Blue and Dune versions (about Rs. 13,13,000), while the personalized Secret edition costs Rs. 16,28,000 (approx.). The pink gold Les Matinaux L’Heure Exquise in Blue and Dune version costs Rs. 23,71,000 (approx.), while the Secret in pink gold costs Rs. 26,12,000 (approx.)
