Geneva Watch Days 2025: H. Moser and Cie. brings the brand’s first satellite flying hours models to its Pioneer collection

The brand has also launched a new Endeavour Perpetual Calendar with a smoked salmon dial
Launched in 2015, the Pioneer collection by H. Moser & Cie. has been evolving ever since its inception. One of the things not seen in the line was flying hours, which the brand launched seven years ago in its Endeavour collection. This year at Geneva Watch Days 2025, the brand has addressed this with the release of two new Pioneer Flying Hours models in the line. Unveiled along with these is a new Endeavour Perpetual Calendar in a smoked salmon dial.

Pioneer Flying Hours There are two new references introduced in the line - one is crafted in 5N red gold with an aventurine dial (Ref. 3240-0900), a limited edition of 100 pieces, and the other is a steel model with white fume dial (Ref. 3240-1200). Inspired by satellite systems, the watches display time instantaneously via three fixed discs, each rotating on its own axis, arranged in orbit around a central minutes disc. This is a skeletonised minutes disc seen on the dial, which displays minutes over an arc of 120 degrees. It is under this disc that three smaller discs are arranged, that show jumping hours at the window at 12 o’clock.

The new Pioneer Flying Hours introduce an entirely new aesthetic in the Pioneer line. Powering these 42.8mm watches is the brand’s automatic Calibre HMC 240 with a bi-directional winding system, boasting a three-day power reserve. The calibre is a refined modular evolution based on H. Moser & Cie.'s HMC 200 calibre. The caseback of the watches reveals an oscillating weight crafted from solid red gold or tungsten for the 5N red gold model and the steel model, respectively.

The timepieces are water resistant to 120 meters, and are offered with black or grey rubber straps with black DLC-treated titanium or steel pink buckle, engraved with the Moser logo.

With the new Endeavour Perpetual Calendar (Ref. 1800-0207), Moser brings back its smoked salmon colour on the dial, once featured on the Streamliner Centre Seconds Smoked Salmon in 2023. However, the latest watch’s smoked salmon dial reflects colours from soft copper to warm brown. Further elevating it is the vertical griffé finish for a vibrant texture.

Following minimal and clean aesthetics, the dial shows baton markers, leaf hands, a big-date window at 3, small seconds at 6, a month indicator via a small central hand, and a retrograde power reserve at 9 o’clock.

Turning the watch over reveals a leap year indicator and the hand-wound movement Calibre HMC 800, which provides a power reserve of about 7 days. Measuring 42 mm in diameter, the 18-karat white gold watch is offered with a hand-stitched dark brown alligator nubuck leather with an 18-karat white gold pin buckle engraved with the brand’s logo.
