Luminor’s legacy takes centrestage at Panerai at Watches and Wonders 2026, with new models featuring technical and aesthetic advancements. Here’s a roundup of what the brand is offering this year at Geneva.
Luminor 31 Giorni Ref. PAM01631
The Luminor PAM01631 introduces a 31-day power reserve, developed over seven years by Panerai’s Laboratorio di Idee. It is housed in a 44 mm Panerai Goldtech™ case and powered by the hand-wound P.2031/S skeletonised calibre. The movement operates for 31 days with 128 crown turns and does not require additional winding tools. The watch incorporates a torque limiter system and a polarised date display at 3 o’clock. An arced power reserve indicator on part of the perimeter of the movement provides a clear reading of remaining energy.
The 31-day power reserve calibre is developed at the brand’s its Laboratorio di Idee. At the core of its architecture is a system of multiple barrels arranged in series. This setup maximises efficiency and ensures a steady flow of energy over time. Designed to operate with low torque and faster rotation, the barrels reduce friction and limit wear on key components, improving durability. The movement is made up of 276 components and 25 jewels, and uses four barrels containing a total of 3.3 meters of mainsprings. This complex system allows for a controlled and consistent release of power, enabling the watch to run smoothly for up to 31 days. The dial features minimal markings, with numerals at 12 and 6, and indexes and hands coated with white Super-LumiNova® X2. The watch is water-resistant to 100 metres. It is a limited edition of 200 pieces, available exclusively through Panerai boutiques. The watch is supplied with a black alligator strap, a Goldtech™ folding clasp with PAM Click Release System™, and an additional black rubber strap.
Luminor 8 Giorni PAM01733

The Luminor 8 Giorni PAM01733 references the original 47 mm Luminor design from the 1960s, adapted into a 44 mm case. The watch retains core Luminor elements, including the cushion-shaped case, crown-protecting bridge, sandwich dial, and luminous numerals. It introduces a Brunito finish, developed through a controlled, hand-applied process that recreates the appearance of aged metal surfaces, resulting in slight variations on each case. The case construction draws from the Ref. 6152/1, with a high domed plexiglass used in early dive watches. The sapphire caseback reveals the hand-wound P.5000 calibre, offering an eight-day power reserve and stop-seconds function. The anthracite dial features a circular brushed finish, with beige Super-LumiNova® on numerals, markers, and hands. A small seconds display is positioned at 9 o’clock, alongside the “8 Giorni” inscription. The watch is water-resistant to 300 meters and is delivered with a light brown calf leather strap and an additional black rubber strap.
Luminor PAM01731 and Luminor Destro PAM01732
The Luminor PAM01731 and PAM01732 are based on the 1960s Luminor design and the Ref. 6152/1’s case architecture, now executed in a 44 mm format. Both models feature a cushion case, crown-protecting bridge, domed sapphire crystal, and sandwich dial construction.
They are powered by the hand-wound P.6000 calibre with a three-day power reserve, visible through the sapphire caseback. The cases combine polished and brushed finishes and are water-resistant to 300 metres. Beige Super-LumiNova® is applied to the markers and hands. The PAM01731 features a tobacco-coloured sandwich dial with small seconds at 9 o’clock and is paired with a dark brown calf leather strap and a matching rubber strap. The PAM01732 adopts a left-sided crown configuration (Destro). It has a matte blue dial with Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9, and no small seconds display. It is supplied with a light brown calf leather strap and an additional blue rubber strap.
Luminor PAM01735 and Luminor Forged Titanium PAM01629
The Luminor PAM01735 and PAM01629 are 47mm models based on the 1960s Luminor design and Ref. 6152/1 case architecture. Both feature a domed sapphire crystal and are powered by the hand-wound P.3000 calibre with a three-day power reserve and an independently adjustable hour hand. The PAM01735 is executed in polished steel. It features an ivory matte sandwich dial with a gradient brown varnish effect and small seconds at 9 o’clock. The dial uses beige Super-LumiNova® and minimal text. The watch is water-resistant to 100 metres and is fitted with a calf leather strap and an additional black rubber strap. The PAM01629 introduces forged titanium for the case, bezel, crown-protecting bridge, and lever. The dial has an anthracite sun-brushed finish with beige Super-LumiNova®.
