Baselworld 2019 saw the launch of the new ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 timepiece by Hublot. The launch was supported with the announcement of their newest brand ambassador, the former English cricketer Kevin Peter Pietersen. Highlights below.

The limited edition Classic Fusion Chronograph ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 timepiece marks Hublot's role as the official timekeeper and the official watch of this summer's ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 in England and Wales.

The Hublot Classic Fusion Chronograph ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 is the second cricket watch created by Hublot. The first was produced in limited series for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, which was won by Australia.

The dial features a grey and red detailing with cricket bat-shaped hands for the twin counters for the chronograph minutes and small seconds. The triple appliqué hour marker at 12 o’clock mirrors the three wooden stumps guarded by the batsman on the pitch.

The 45mm satin-finished and polished titanium case comes equipped with the HUB1155 skeletonised automatic chronograph calibre with the date display at the 6 o'clock position.
