Swiss watchmaker H. Moser & Cie’s latest timepiece - the Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Blue Enamel (Ref. 6905-1200), comes with the duo of complications relocated to the front. On the ombré aqua blue dial one can now see the hammers and gongs that operate the minute repeater mechanism (the striking of the hours, quarter hours and minutes) move in precise unison, as well as the flying tourbillon positioned at six o'clock. Further the dial is made of ‘Grand Feu’ enamel and is finished with a hammered texture, providing the perfect stage for this special spectacle.
H. Moser & Cie. keeps the dial puristic
Unlike most other watch manufacturers, H. Moser & Cie. dispenses with logos and indices, allowing the purity of the watch and its functions to speak for themselves. The delicate, three-dimensional hands consist of two parts and contain the brand's own Globolight inserts as well as an innovative ceramic material that has been coated with SuperLuminova.
Powering the watch is the hand-crafted HMC 905 caliber, a new movement that guarantees a 90-hour power reserve. It features an anthracite grey finish and partially skeletonized components to showcase the mechanism.
The 42.3 mm cushion-shaped stainless steel case optimises the sound while offering a harmonious balance between volume, resonance and harmony. The middle section of the case has been widened to accommodate the movement while creating enough space for a sound chamber that amplifies the chimes of the hours, quarter hours and minutes with two gongs.
The H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Blue Enamel is limited to 50 pieces and can be pre-ordered online and in selected boutiques of the brand.
