Seiko brings a new PSX ‘Forest Green’ India Limited Edition

The latest 1000 piece limited edition takes inspiration from the country’s vibrant, lush evergreen tropical forests
Last year, Seiko launched a 5 Sports Automatic India Automatic India Limited Edition (Ref. SRPK81K1), featuring the colours of the Indian flag on 1/4th of its bezel. Now, for the second time, the brand has unveiled a new India-inspired watch, the Prospex ‘Forest Green’ India Limited Edition (Ref. SRPL29K1). The timepiece is a tribute to the beauty of Indian tropical forests as well as a reflection of the spirit of adventure and human exploration.

The watch is 43.8mm and cast in stainless steel with a black unidirectional bezel featuring Arabic minute markers and a triangle with a dot at 12 o’clock. The forest green dial entails minutes at the periphery, bar hour markers, and trapezium markers at 6 and 12 o’clock. There is a cyclops lens for date magnification at 3 o’clock. An arrow hand to show hours and a sword hand for minutes. 



The timepiece looks cool and the sporty timepiece is powered by an automatic manual winding movement 4R35 with a stop second hand function and 41 hours of power reserve driving the watch. The caseback is engraved with the logo featured in the brand’s save the ocean diving watches. It is resistant 200 metre water resistant

Flanking the case is either a stainless steel bracelet or a matching green silicon strap. The watch comes inside a special representation box.
This is a 1000 piece limited edition, priced at Rs. 70,000 (approx.)
