Watches and Wonders 2025: H. Moser & Cie. Unveils Vibrant "Pop" Collection Featuring Gemstone Dials

In a bold departure from its signature minimalist aesthetic, this year’s watches and Wonders saw H. Moser & Cie. introduce its latest horological creation – the Pop collection. Plus, new purple iteration in its popular Endeavour collection
The Pop collection represents a significant shift for the Schaffhausen-based manufacturer, which has built its reputation on understated elegance and fumé dials. While the brand has previously experimented with bold colors, it has typically maintained a monochromatic approach. This new collection breaks that tradition with unexpected combinations of vibrant hues and materials.

Launched at Watches and Wonders 2025, the new Pop line by H. Moser & Cie. features an explosion of colours using precious gemstones. Each gemstone carries symbolic significance: Jade embodies wisdom and harmony, lapis lazuli is associated with intuition and creativity, turquoise symbolizes vitality and protection, coral evokes passion, lemon chrysoprase promotes self-confidence, and pink opal inspires gentleness and love. The careful selection of these stones for their colour intensity and exceptional clarity further enhances their impact on the dial.

Powering these timepieces is the HMC 202 automatic calibre. This movement operates at 21,600 vph and contains 27 jewels. Its automatic bi-directional pawl winding system is complemented by an oscillating weight in solid 18-carat gold. The movement offers a minimum 3-day power reserve and features hacking seconds functionality. The original Straumann® hairspring ensures accurate timekeeping, while the anthracite finish with Moser double stripes and partially skeletonized bridges showcases the brand's commitment to fine finishing.

True to H. Moser's minimalist philosophy, the dial bears no logos or indexes, allowing the natural beauty of the gemstones to take center tage. The leaf-shaped hour and minute hands provide an elegant contrast to the vibrant dial, with the small seconds displayed in an offset subdial at 6 o'clock. Each variant is limited to 28 pieces.

Endeavour Tourbillon Concept Pop
The Endeavour Tourbillon Concept Pop elevates the collection with the addition of a one-minute flying tourbillon. With a slightly larger 40mm steel case, this model maintains the same gemstone combinations as the Small Seconds version but incorporates more advanced mechanics.

Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Purple Enamel

H. Moser & Cie. introduces a new iteration to its popular Endeavour collection. Continuing the theme of playing with colours, the brand has released a new Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Purple Enamel. The watch is encased in 40mm stainless steel and features a dial with a fume effect and an ancestral “Grand Feu” enamel technique. The process of enamelling is done on a textured white gold base with a hammered effect, on which six different enamel pigments are washed and finely crushed. The master enameller then proceeded with multiple firings to create the perfect shade of purple called Purple Haze.

Further, the dial features leaf shaped hands and a purple central seconds hands. Powering the watch is the automatic Calibre HMC 201, which has already appeared in the line before. The movement has a power reserve of about 72 hours. A hand-stitched purple kudu leather strap with steel pin buckle flanks the case.
