The Recital 23 (Ref. R230003-SD1), the brand’s first women’s watch with a ‘writing slope’ case, which was also designed for the first time in an oval shape, was unveiled in 2019. The timepiece had a hand-decorated dial featuring an off-centred blue aventurine dial at 6 o’clock, set with diamond hour markers, and uniquely designed hour and minute hands that formed a heart every hour. Also, it featured a three-dimensional, hemispherical moonphase at 12 o’clock. Today, the brand has unveiled two new pieces in vibrant green and baby blue to this line.
Featuring a vibrant green and baby blue dial that is layered with lacquer, and hand-chiselled to create a guilloché dial, the 18K red gold watches in a dimension of 43mm x 38.70mm, are embellished with 174 round-cut diamonds (0.99ct). Additionally, they have 72 diamonds each on their bezel (1K) and cabochon crown.
The watches are equipped with the self-winding manufacture movement, boasting about 62 hours of power reserve. And has a hand- engraved 18K gold rotor featuring Bovet’s Fleurisanne motif, seen via exhibition caseback. The moonphase of the Recital 23 has a mechanism driving it, which requires attention once every 122 years - BOVET 1822's owner, Pascal Raffy installed a push button at the crown of the watch for the regulation of the moonphase.
Time timepieces are completed with green alligator strap or blue lizard skin strap having 18K red gold ardillon buckle. The watches are water resistant up to 30 metres.
